Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our appointment procedures have changed. For your protection and ours we will not have
face-to-face appointments.
To make your appointment please call the office line to schedule as usual.
Prior to your appointment collect all of your tax documentation and place it in an envelope with your name and a cell phone number where you can be reached written clearly on the outside.
Please include a note with any important changes, (ex. Change of marital status, address, bank account information, or the addition or removal of dependents).
Please, show up 5-10 minutes early for your appointment and bring the envelope with your tax information up to our office, and check in with one of the receptionists. We ask that you go back down to your vehicle and wait for your tax preparer to call you for your appointment. Please do not leave.
Your tax preparer will go over your information and tax return with you over the phone. They will answer any questions that you have.
Upon completion of your return, you will be instructed to come back upstairs to sign and pay. Please have your cash, check or credit card ready.
